Ahoy, Mateys! Welcome to Union Elementary’s website. I'm pleased that you chose to visit!
I’m excited to have the opportunity to return to Union Public School District in a new role for the 2015-16 school year. Having previously taught English and served as school counselor at Union, I know what a rich educational heritage Union Public School District possesses. The children who attend Union Elementary are blessed to spend their days with a highly qualified faculty who always put children first. We strive to meet the educational and emotional needs of all students by surrounding them with stimulating instruction and challenging opportunities. Please know that our goal is to not only maintain an “A” status according to the school accountability ratings but also to build strong relationships with parents and other community members to ensure a positive educational experience for all of our students.
Please feel free to contact me by email or phone if have any questions or concerns.

Hello Jacket Nation!!
We have had a tremendous start to the school year! We have really great students, staff members, and parents. I want to take this opportunity to inform you of an important event that will be upon us shortly. Our high attendance months are October and November. We really need your help with ensuring that your children are present at school each day for at least 63% of the day. We will be offering incentives to those students that have perfect attendance at the end of each month. Attendance is important all year, not just in these two months. Students that attend school regularly are much more likely to have success that those that do not attend regularly.
Have a great day and GO JACKETS!!
